Our team has extensive expertise with construction and engineering contracts in Iran. Most of our people have worked as in-house lawyers or advisers to major contracting companies in Iran and as a result are masters of the legal issues relevant to the industry. We were involved in the negotiation, drafting and finalizing numerous high value EPC, PC and EP contracts particularly in the oil and gas sector, have dealt with different types of standard construction contracts and claims arising thereof and played a key role in high-stake contentious litigation and arbitration of complex construction disputes.
