Litigation and Arbitration

Litigation and arbitration are parts of the negotiation strategy and in some instances indispensible. Like any other true attorney, we enjoy getting embroiled in a contentious litigation. However we never lose sight of the true interests of our clients and where appropriate we advise them to settle the case out of the court.
We have represented our clients at all court levels in Iran. We also have the experience of representation in ad hoc arbitrations as well as institutional arbitration, mainly before Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber of commerce (ACIC). We are quite familiar with the ministry of petroleum (MOP) dispute settlement committee designed to settle the disputes between the MOP affiliates and their contractors.
In our team, two have written their L.L.M thesis on the cutting-edge issues in the vast area of international commercial arbitration.
